MEP Engineer

Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Operations

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and ventilation systems.
• Operate machinery such as generators, pumps, and ETP systems as required.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks for all mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns or emergency maintenance situations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Facility Management & Compliance

• Inspect buildings and properties for maintenance, repairs, and inventory purposes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all MEP functions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and operational works.
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Health, Safety & Communication

• Work safely in confined spaces, at heights, and within mechanical/electrical plant rooms.
• Ensure effective communication and professional relationships with all personnel.
• Provide regular feedback to line managers on operational developments and issues.
• Be available for out-of-hours support to address urgent facility requirements.
