Job Description
- Execute and supervise MEP tasks related to building construction projects
- Manage and coordinate multiple MEP projects simultaneously
- Ensure smooth transition from MEP design phase to on-site implementation and completion
- Use project management tools (AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, etc.) for planning and tracking
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for MEP works
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors
- Provide technical advice and support for MEP system installation and maintenance
