Member of Technical Staff- Tech Ops

Position Summary:

As a Member of Technical Staff of the Interface Network Management team, you will work as an Automation developer to automate manual operations, saving FTE hours and cost while improving quality and process efficiency.

Essential Functions (Duties and Responsibilities):

            Primary

• Prepare SDD/PDD documents after analyzing new business use cases.
• Develop use cases from scratch and maintain existing use cases using RPA Automation Anywhere 360 or Robot framework and Python.
• Deep unit testing is required for each developed use case, as well as support during UAT testing.
• Should assist teams with reviews, deployment, documentation, and the training process, among other things.
• Responding to questions raised by business stakeholders in Team's channel.

Secondary

• Open to learning about Robot framework and exploring the opportunities available in initiative projects to automate, create dashboards using PowerBI, reports, and queries, among other things.
• Based on the needs of the business, be willing to learn skills such as Data Science, and Machine Learning.

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (specialization in IT/CSE)
• 3-5 years of Hands-on experience in RPA Automation Anywhere 360 or Robot framework/Python/MySQL
• Possess a solid understanding of project domains and the RPA Automation Anywhere 360 or Robot framework, which will be beneficial for migrating projects from Automation Anywhere 360 to the Robot framework.
• Experience interacting with client & escalations and in troubleshooting.
• Handson/knowledge in Machine Learning will be an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge in Project domains and RPA/Robot framework which will be helpful for migration of projects from RPA AA360 to Robot framework.
• Aptitude for working collaboratively to drive results
