Experienced with collections background preferred.

Education: 10th/ 12th/Under Graduates

Bike & Driving License are mandatory

Job Description:

a) Collections as per targets defined. Biometric, smart card collections and collections of Cross sell products

b) Provide the required customer support , timely and accurate collections

c) Adhere to process of collections and ensure zero OD

d) Responsible for managing the Collections, maintain/minimize the PAR account. Conducting periodic reviews and recommending collection settlements & also managing collection legal cases and collection agencies for recoveries.
