- Handle international process roles based on applied domain (Sales, Tech Support, SEO, Collections)
- Achieve individual targets and ensure quality customer interactions
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (where applicable) with professionalism

- For SEO profiles: Execute optimization strategies, perform keyword analysis, and manage technical SEO
