Job Description
- Psychological Counseling: Provide counseling and psychotherapy to patients and relatives, particularly in cases of depression or anxiety disorders.
- Class Approvals & Financial Assistance: Ensure appropriate ward/class approvals for needy patients, refer patients to outside trusts, and evaluate requests for financial help from in-house trusts.
- Fundraising: Liaison with corporate sponsors and organize fundraising efforts, especially for pediatric patients.
- Organ Transplant Coordination: Raise awareness about organ donation, facilitate the donation process, and ensure smooth coordination among teams.
- Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff, to enhance patient care.
- Performance Management: Supervise, evaluate, and appraise staff performance based on defined job roles.
