Doctor Engagement & Product Promotion

• Meet doctors on a daily basis to promote company products as per company policies.
• Provide product information and highlight key benefits to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.

Chemist & Stockist Coordination

• Visit chemists and stockists to check product stock availability.
• Collect orders and coordinate payment collections where required.
• Ensure proper distribution and availability of products in the market.

Brand Promotion Activities

• Conduct and participate in brand promotion initiatives such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets, and RTM activities.
• Support product awareness campaigns and promotional programs in the assigned territory.
• Utilize promotional materials effectively in line with company guidelines.

Sales Performance & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
• Identify new customers and expand the market reach in the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure business growth and return on investment.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain appropriate visit frequency with doctors, hospitals, and institutions.
• Strengthen professional relationships to enhance brand visibility and company image.
• Support new product launches and promotional strategies as per company guidelines.
