Job Description

Doctor & Healthcare Professional Engagement

  • Visit doctors on a daily basis to promote company products in line with company policies.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Ensure appropriate visit frequency across all customer segments to strengthen product awareness and brand presence.

Chemist & Stockist Coordination

  • Meet chemists and stockists to monitor stock availability of company products.
  • Collect orders and coordinate payment collections when required.
  • Maintain good relationships with distribution partners to support product availability and sales growth.

Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities

  • Conduct and participate in promotional activities such as CMEs, conferences, doctor meets, and retail team meetings.
  • Implement company promotional strategies and effectively utilize promotional materials as per guidelines.
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns in the assigned territory.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure strong business follow-ups with stakeholders to maximize return on investment.

Market Development & Relationship Management

  • Explore new customers and develop business opportunities in the territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and institutional clients.
  • Enhance the company's brand image through consistent engagement and service.
