Job Description
- Prescription Dispensing: Dispense prescriptions accurately and promptly for both inpatient and outpatient services in compliance with medical and legal standards.
- Formulary Management: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the pharmacy formulary.
- Billing & Documentation: Process billing for dispensed items and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- SOP Compliance: Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures, patient safety policies, and service quality guidelines.
- Patient Guidance: Provide accurate product and medication information to patients, ensuring safe and effective usage.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock movement, introduce new items, and remove expired or non-moving products.
- Clinical Review: Review and monitor patient medication profiles, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and intervene when necessary.
- Storage & Knowledge Management: Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products and maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical supplies.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and environmental and occupational safety standards.
