Medical Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect orders from stockists and ensure timely payment collection.
• Work in a generic pharmaceutical division, manufacturing company, or PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) company.
• Focus primarily on injection pharma products (experience in FMCG is not applicable).
• Achieve sales targets independently before being assigned a team.
• Upon reaching milestones, mentor and manage Medical Representatives (MRs) as assigned.
• Report directly to the National Sales Manager (NSM) regarding sales performance and progress.
