Medical Representative

Responsibilities:

• Arrange and schedule appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams, including pre-arranged and ad-hoc meetings.
• Organize conferences, seminars, and workshops for doctors and medical staff, ensuring smooth execution.
• Attend company meetings, technical presentations, and briefings to stay updated on product information, protocols, and company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper communication and follow-up on scheduled appointments and events.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and events for reporting purposes.
• Support the medical and sales teams by facilitating efficient interaction with healthcare professionals.
