Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement & Scientific Promotion:
  • Promote Haleon's expert-detailed brands (e.g., Sensodyne, Crocin, Eno) to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) using scientific data.
  • Customize sales approaches based on the specific needs of each HCP.
  • Answer product- and condition-related queries promptly, ensuring compliance with internal and external protocols.
  • Territory Management & Analysis:
  • Analyze sales performance in your territory and develop effective strategies to drive prescription growth.
  • Track inventory, manage sample stocks, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaboration & Business Development:
  • Work cross-functionally with General Trade (GT) teams and regional stakeholders to meet shared business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with HCPs to increase brand advocacy and trust.
  • Digital & Field Enablement:
  • Enhance digital engagement capabilities and maintain an impactful field presence.
  • Leverage tools and platforms to deliver modern, personalized engagement with HCPs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Degree in Science or Commerce (B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Pharm/M.Sc).
  • Experience:
  • 2–7 years of sales experience in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG.
  • Skills:
  • Proactive and engaging sales mindset.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Open to learning and adopting innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
