Description

The Medical Officer – MMU will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical services in our Mobile Medical Unit, delivering healthcare to underserved communities across India.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and provide medical care in mobile medical units.
• Administer vaccinations and manage public health initiatives within the community.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans and health education programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Participate in community outreach and health awareness campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Medical Council of India.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary healthcare practices.
• Ability to work in a mobile setting and adapt to different environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse populations.
• Basic knowledge of public health principles and practices.

Qualification: MBBS

Experience: 1–2 years (Clinic/Hospital)

Role: Lead the Mobile Medical Unit, consult patients, provide primary care, handle critical cases, guide MMU staff, travel 60–100 km daily (6 days/week), working Mon–Sat (8.5 hrs/day), patient consultation, treatment & referrals, health check-ups, maintain records and ensure SOP compliance.
