Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell pharma, surgical, and medical products to hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and follow up with existing customers.
  • Provide accurate product information and address customer queries effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in pharma, surgical, or medical product sales.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with medical professionals confidently.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as required.
