Job Summary

We are looking for Medical Coders / Senior Medical Coders / QA with strong expertise in Radiology and Interventional Radiology (IVR) coding. The role requires accurate ICD-10-CM coding, adherence to official coding guidelines, and maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM codes for Radiology and IVR cases in compliance with coding guidelines
• Review and abstract required clinical information from medical records
• Code simple and complex Interventional Radiology (IVR) cases
• Maintain productivity standards of 7–9 charts per hour
• Achieve and maintain 95% or higher quality accuracy
• Follow client-specific guidelines and updates while coding charts
• Use coding tools and systems such as Encoder, MS Office
• Exposure to Excode and ImageNow is an added advantage

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate with Radiology / IVR medical coding experience
• CIRCC / CPC / CCS / COC certification – Mandatory
• 1–4 years of experience in medical coding (Radiology/IVR preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Radiology and Interventional Radiology coding
• Thorough understanding of medical anatomy, physiology, and terminology
• Working knowledge of ICD-10-CM Official Coding Guidelines
• Good verbal and written communication skills
