• Conduct thorough chart reviews, accurately coding medical records for ICD-10 diagnoses and procedures related to risk adjustment.
• Maintain high productivity standards in production coding, aiming for an average of 30 charts per day.
• Ensure documentation alignment with all regulatory guidelines and standards, with a strong focus on risk adjustment accuracy.
• Uphold a minimum of 95% accuracy rate in coding, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Regularly update knowledge on coding guidelines, rules, and regulations pertaining to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding.
• Proficiently navigate various EHR systems to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of chart reviews.
