Key Responsibilities

• Accurately code inpatient medical records following DRG guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with medical coding standards and regulations.
• Analyze clinical documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency in coding.
• Support efficient processing of inpatient records for billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
• Maintain proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for reporting and analysis.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment to meet operational targets.
