About the Role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Medical Clinic Trainer / QA professional with a strong science background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training clinic staff, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs for clinic staff, including technicians, receptionists, and sales teams
• Train employees on clinic operations, standard procedures, and quality assurance practices
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
• Conduct workshops and sessions on science-related subjects
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing guidance and support
• Maintain training records and reports

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
• B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech or any science-related degree
• Must have studied Biology up to Class 12
• Experience: 2-5 years in training, teaching, healthcare, or QA roles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify and explain scientific concepts clearly

• Background in teaching, healthcare training, or clinical environment
• Good interpersonal and mentoring skills
