Serve as the medical expert for the therapy area and act as the medical lead within the brand team, providing strategic input.
Support the Medical Director in day-to-day operations of the Medical Department.
Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with Codes of Practice.
Provide input to global projects (e.g., Norgine Global) on a defined basis.
Ensure compliance with all company procedures, including GxP standards, Codes of Practice, and medicines legislation.
Support medical affairs projects and activities.
Maintain high standards of technical and clinical proficiency.
Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, patient organizations, and professional groups.
Understand and oversee pharmacovigilance (PV) activities.
Conduct medical training for staff.
