Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Search, Media Campaign Measurement Analysis (70% of time):
- Develop customer marketing recap presentations with emphasis on direct customer data.
- Lead and participate in key customer and internal meetings.
- Foster strong working relationships with sales and marketing teams at General Mills and with customers.
- Manage internal scorecarding and marketing mix (MM) analysis on behalf of the customer team, ensuring data accuracy and business context.
- Validate ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)/ROI and spend calculations provided by external partners.
- Calculate total ROAS to provide a broader perspective.
- Create campaign recaps summarizing digital spend and effectiveness.
- Analyze key KPIs related to media and spending tactics to evaluate performance.
- Take ownership of summarizing performance and providing visibility to the customer brand team.
Building Stakeholder Relationships (20% of time):
- Establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multiple fronts.
- Understand client/customer requests and provide holistic solutions.
- Recommend and influence changes to processes and procedures.
- Explore business development opportunities and translate them into tangible results.
- Communicate challenges assertively and constructively.
- Work collaboratively with teams to achieve high-quality results.
- Deliver articulate and comprehensive presentations.
- Maintain strong partnerships with agencies and media data vendors.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management (10% of time):
- Uphold Turnaround Time (TAT) through process awareness and clear stakeholder communication.
- Apply a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset to drive better outcomes in project processes.
- Manage multitasking across communications, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization (preferably in the CPG or related industry).
- Preferred experience in data modeling and working with cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in Business Management, Digital Media Marketing, Retail, or Digital Spend Analysis.
- 5–8 years of experience in business reporting, analytics, and visualization in CPG or a similar industry.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Digital media spend analysis
- Campaign reviews
- Collaboration with ad agencies
- Strong history of cross-functional collaboration.
