Mechanical Static Engineer

• Perform maintenance and repair of static equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Supervise and manage Hydrotesting, re-tubing, and insulation works.
• Collaborate with other teams to execute safe and efficient shutdown operations.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation as required. .
• Educational Qualification B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of static equipment in Refinery, Oil Gas, or Petrochemical plants.
• Turnaround maintenance experience is mandatory .

Skills Required

• Proficiency in working with Heat Exchangers (Fixed Floating Head), Plate Heat Exchangers, and re-tubing processes.
• Expertise in Bundle pulling insertion, Hydro jetting cleaning, fabrication, and erection.
• Knowledge of Column and Vessel maintenance, Hydrotesting of vessels, and PSV maintenance calibration/setting.
• Familiarity with Heater maintenance and insulation works.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, including hot works, work at height, and the use of PPE in hazardous environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
