Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Machine Maintenance

• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected machine failures.

• Perform breakdown maintenance to quickly restore machines to operational condition.

• Diagnose technical problems in CNC, VMC, and SPM machines and implement corrective actions.

Production Support

• Ensure machines are running smoothly to meet production targets.

• Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Technical Knowledge & Computer Skills

• Utilize basic computer skills for logging maintenance data, generating reports, and reviewing machine manuals.

• Understand machine programs and perform basic troubleshooting for CNC and VMC machines.

Safety & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure safe working practices while operating and maintaining machines.

• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance machine performance and life.

Core Competencies

• Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and SPM machine maintenance.

• Expertise in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Knowledge of IATF/ISO quality standards and systems.

• Basic computer skills for reporting, documentation, and maintenance tracking.
