Project Execution

Oversee piping, structural, fabrication, and erection activities in industrial and refinery/petrochemical projects
Ensure all site work complies with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and quality specifications
Plan and manage erection of structures and piping systems, ensuring efficient sequencing and execution
Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment with project timelines and objectives
Supervise fabrication and installation processes, ensuring accuracy and quality of work
Estimate required resources, manpower, and materials for piping and structural works
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks during and after erection and fabrication activities
Address technical issues on-site and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain project documentation, progress records, and compliance reports
Monitor project milestones and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
