MDM Developer

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and configure Profisee front-end and backend scripts supporting MDM production domains.
• Utilize C# coding and .NET experience for development tasks.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy new scripts for existing domains or new projects.
• Maintain and enhance Profisee workflows.
• Analyze and advise onshore teams regarding MDM-related business queries.
• Analyze end users' data needs and develop user-oriented solutions interfacing with existing applications.
• Coordinate implementation and training to support new domain rollouts (e.g., Product domain).
• Provide input to Business Analysts to improve MDM solutions and correct scripts based on business user tickets.
• Identify inefficiencies in processing and programming, recommending improvements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by offshore lead or client team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledge and skill in software design principles, methods, and approaches.
• 2 to 4 years of experience with MDM tools (preferably Profisee; Informatica, Reltio also acceptable).
• Understanding of MDM concepts including golden record, de-duplication, and matching rules.
• Good knowledge of Data Quality concepts and experience with Data Quality tools.
• Proficient in SQL (SQL Server or Oracle).
• Knowledge of designing, developing, optimizing, and integrating reusable system components.
• Familiarity with data processing, management information systems, and their interrelations.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with varying team levels and business stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting and summarizing work performed.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and complying with SLAs while handling confidential data.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Previous internship experience and/or knowledge of Python or Data Warehousing is a plus.
