MBSE IBM ELM Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

• Define and maintain the IBM ELM solution architecture roadmap aligned with business and engineering strategy.
• Lead enterprise-wide rollout, platform modernization, scaling, and process harmonization initiatives.
• Ensure toolchain and architecture alignment with MBSE, Systems Engineering, Digital Thread, and Digital Engineering initiatives.

Technical Delivery

• Design and configure ELM modules including project areas, workflows, templates, automation scripts, and dashboards.
• Manage and optimize integrations with tools using OSLC, REST, and GraphQL.

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Establish governance models, configuration management practices, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with engineering process frameworks and audit requirements.
• Define best practices, standards, templates, and operational guidelines.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

• Partner with Engineering, QA, Compliance, IT Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
• Mentor technical teams, conduct capability uplift training, and provide guidance on engineering workflows.
