Job Description

  • Leadership & Department Management: Model organizational values, maintain ISO quality standards, set short- and long-term departmental goals, and support cross-department communication.
  • Procurement & Financial Management: Approve gate passes, finalize purchase order prices, procure materials at optimal cost, maintain inventory levels, and ensure purchase records comply with statutory requirements.
  • Safety & Quality Management: Ensure safe storage of materials, maintain quality improvement initiatives, and manage expired materials to ensure patient safety.
  • HR & Staff Development: Oversee orientation, training, and continuing education for staff, promote professional growth, mediate conflicts, and evaluate staff performance.
