- Leadership & Department Management: Model organizational values, maintain ISO quality standards, set short- and long-term departmental goals, and support cross-department communication.
- Procurement & Financial Management: Approve gate passes, finalize purchase order prices, procure materials at optimal cost, maintain inventory levels, and ensure purchase records comply with statutory requirements.
- Safety & Quality Management: Ensure safe storage of materials, maintain quality improvement initiatives, and manage expired materials to ensure patient safety.
