Job Description

  • Analyze and track PCDS sales data to monitor performance and trends, providing insights into sales activities.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of sales stock to ensure products are available when needed by the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather data, generate reports, and ensure accurate and timely information flow.
  • Compile and maintain weekly sales reports to track performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
  • Collect customer feedback from parents and schools to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
  • Assist in ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments, supporting the overall sales strategy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate degree required; fresh MBAs are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in a sales support function is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
