Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting the spa brand, creating awareness, and driving client engagement both online and offline. The role involves strategizing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, conducting promotions in residential societies, companies, and clubs, and organizing events at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa brand.
  • Manage and engage clients on social media platforms and other online channels.
  • Conduct offline promotions in residential societies, corporate offices, clubs, and other target locations.
  • Plan and manage promotional events, workshops, and campaigns at the spa clinic.
  • Track marketing campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in spa, wellness, or salon industry.
  • Experience in online and offline brand promotion.
  • Strong organizational and event management skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content and campaigns for target audiences.
