Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
  • Create annual and quarterly marketing plans for commercial properties and workspace portfolios.
  • Define and track marketing KPIs: lead generation, conversion rates, occupancy levels, ROI.
  • Identify growth opportunities via corporate tie-ups, partnerships, channel engagement, and brand collaborations.
  • Support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for commercial real estate assets.

Marketing Management & Campaign Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns: concept, planning, budgeting, execution, reporting.
  • Oversee vendors, agencies, timelines, and budgets for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Approve campaign creatives, ad copies, brand messaging, and marketing collaterals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online, offline, and on-ground initiatives.
  • Optimize marketing spends based on performance insights and ROI analysis.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead SEO, SEM, Google Ads, paid social campaigns, and LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook initiatives.
  • Drive high-quality inbound leads for office leasing and coworking solutions.
  • Manage and optimize the company website, property landing pages, and online listings.
  • Track digital metrics: traffic, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and integrate insights with CRM teams.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop property brochures, pitch decks, blogs, articles, case studies, videos, reels, and testimonials.
  • Maintain structured content calendar aligned with marketing and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure high-quality brand communication.

Commercial Property & Workspace Marketing

  • Lead marketing for office spaces, coworking hubs, and managed offices.
  • Position properties based on location, infrastructure, corporate suitability, and pricing.
  • Create targeted B2B campaigns for corporates, GCCs, start-ups, and SMEs.
  • Maintain accurate property listings on digital platforms and broker networks.

Events, Promotions & Brand Visibility

  • Conceptualize and execute property launches, corporate open houses, broker meets, networking events.
  • Manage real estate expos, exhibitions, and on-ground campaigns with event agencies and media partners.
  • Track post-event leads, conversions, and brand impact.

Business Development Support & Client Engagement

  • Support sales teams during client meetings, property visits, and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and marketing documentation.
  • Maintain relationships with corporates, brokers, and channel partners.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct competitor, pricing, client expectation, and market dynamics research.
  • Track emerging trends in workspace solutions, digital marketing, and corporate real estate.
  • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Operations, Finance, and Leadership for smooth campaign execution.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS, lead funnel, conversion analysis, marketing ROI, and revenue impact reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing executives and interns.
