Marketing Strategy Development

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the company's reputation and increase qualified traffic and leads.

• Identify target audiences and design campaigns that effectively engage, educate, and motivate potential customers.

• Continuously evaluate market trends and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.

Campaign Planning and Execution

• Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to final execution across multiple channels.

• Manage both organic and paid acquisition channels to maximize reach and performance.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies based on performance metrics.

Digital Marketing and Lead Generation

• Utilize various digital marketing techniques including content marketing, social media marketing, and pay-per-click campaigns.

• Create and manage lead generation campaigns to attract potential customers and drive conversions.

• Analyze campaign performance using website analytics tools and marketing metrics.

Content Development and Management

• Produce engaging and valuable content for the company website, blogs, and other digital platforms.

• Develop marketing materials including website banners, brochures, case studies, and promotional content.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.

Event and Trade Show Management

• Plan and manage marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.

• Evaluate event outcomes and measure return on investment.

Partnership and Vendor Management

• Build strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

• Collaborate with partners to strengthen marketing initiatives and improve brand reach.

Budget Planning and Monitoring

• Prepare and manage marketing budgets on a quarterly and annual basis.

• Allocate marketing funds effectively to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Industry Knowledge

• Maintain awareness of marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

• Prior experience in the packaging machine industry will be an added advantage.
