Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage key marketing activities
• Manage research activities to explore new market opportunities and develop related business strategies
• Plan and set clear goals and targets
• Successfully plan and implement marketing plans to identify qualified decision-makers and build company/service awareness
• Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with external organizations and internal teams to create new services and enhance existing ones
• Lead promotional activities
• Manage and mentor the team effectively
• Identify training needs and provide training to team members when necessary
• Generate weekly MIS reports on team performance
