Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customer Management & Business Development

  • Handle existing customers and build long-term relationships
  • Identify and develop potential customers to expand the client base
  • Follow up on leads and references generated through sales activities

Sales Coordination & Target Management

  • Coordinate with the sales manager regarding assigned sales targets
  • Support sales planning and execution to achieve monthly goals
  • Align daily activities with overall sales strategy

Channel & Project Sales

  • Manage channel sales and project sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with existing dealers to support sales growth
  • Ensure smooth communication between dealers, clients, and internal teams

Industry & Influencer Engagement

  • Meet architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and manufacturers
  • Promote company products to key industry influencers
  • Develop referral networks within the construction and design ecosystem

Payment Tracking & Documentation

  • Track customer payment details and outstanding receivables
  • Coordinate with accounts and clients to ensure timely collections

Sales Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare daily call reports and share them with senior management
  • Generate sales performance reports for clients and projects
  • Interpret sales data to support market planning and demand forecasting

Sales Promotion Activities

  • Execute sales promotion initiatives to drive demand
  • Conduct email campaigns, reference collection, and company visits
  • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through structured outreach
