Key Responsibilities

Corporate Client Acquisition & Sales

  • Acquire new corporate clients and expand the corporate customer base
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within the corporate gifting segment

Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Provide ongoing client servicing and account management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and follow-ups

Customized Gifting Solutions

  • Understand client requirements and business needs
  • Present customized gifting solutions and product recommendations
  • Prepare and share accurate quotations and proposals

Order Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end order execution with the manufacturing department
  • Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and delivery schedules
  • Ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle

Industry Experience & Market Knowledge

  • Leverage prior corporate sales or gifting industry experience to drive results
  • Stay informed about gifting trends, products, and client preferences
