Marketing Executive - Freshers

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy
• Support social media management (content planning, posting, monitoring)
• Help create promotional materials such as flyers, emails, and presentations
• Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign assets
• Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and activations
• Maintain marketing databases and assist in reporting campaign performance
• Learn and use marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work well in a team and under deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
