Marketing-Executive

The Marketing Executive will manage the sourcing team, oversee lead generation and candidate counseling activities, and ensure adherence to the recruitment process defined by the organization or client.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sourcing team for lead generation and candidate counseling
• Ensure the recruitment process is strictly followed as per organizational/client guidelines
• Monitor team performance and provide training or guidance as needed
• Prepare reports on lead generation, candidate interactions, and recruitment progress
• Coordinate with HR and management for smooth recruitment operations
• Identify process improvements to enhance sourcing efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities
• Support management in achieving recruitment targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or marketing coordination
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing
