Job Description

  • Handling and recruiting existing and new sales capable executives in routes wherever required in their allocated areas.
  • Increasing sales every month and increasing product reach in the market.
  • Appointing new distributors and handling existing distributors.
  • Following up for outstanding with distributors and orders on regular basis.
  • Keeping a check of stock present with distributors on bi-weekly basis and updating the same in head office.
  • Achieving the turnover targets and sales in quantity target every month.
  • Training new executives and guiding them to achieve sales.
  • Activating new reputed key accounts like resorts, hospitals and theme parks in their accounts.
  • Finding retail outlet with good locations and trying to increase brand visibility by installing shop boards or product visibility at the same locations.
  • Suggesting marketing activities to increase sales.
