Marketing Executive

About the Role:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities
• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics
• Generate and qualify leads through marketing initiatives and events
• Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI
• Maintain the company's brand consistency across all marketing communications
• Assist the marketing manager in developing new strategies for business growth and visibility

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand promotion
• Good understanding of marketing concepts, lead generation, and campaign management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
