Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to promote crop protection and nutrition products.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales targets.
• Design and develop marketing content including brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media posts.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with farmers, distributors, and retailers to enhance market reach.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about agriculture industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities and innovations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the agriculture or agri-input sector.
• Strong understanding of crop protection and nutrition products (preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
