Job Description

  • Generate admissions by conducting ATL and BTL marketing activities such as seminars in schools, towns, and residential areas
  • Visit schools and meet principals, coordinators, and management personnel for business development
  • Ensure a positive customer experience during home visits to counsel students and parents and close admissions
  • Liaise with local tuition teachers to explore business opportunities
  • Follow internal processes and ensure compliance

Role Requirements

  • Ability to manage customers patiently with strong persuasion skills
  • Excellent networking and presentation skills for seminars
  • Comfortable using sales-related software and writing professional emails
  • Fluent in English and regional language communication
  • Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking

Qualification

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: BTech, MBA, Masters in Psychology or Education
