Summary:
Join our global expert team to facilitate the successful execution of domestic and cross-border programs. Manage end-to-end campaign processes and contribute to efficient campaign management and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the global expert team for Offers, facilitating successful execution of domestic and cross-border programs.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign setup process, including pre-sales support and content ingestion.
- Contribute to the efficient management of campaign pipelines, launches, audits, and databases.
- Handle specific duties such as campaign entry, budget management, campaign assets, contracts, reporting, and real-time campaign modifications.
- Assist in resolving issues between functional groups and management as needed.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player and demonstrate quick learning abilities.
Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, consumer, CLO, Loyalty, or related channels preferred.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated digital marketing campaign/offer management experience.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Advanced experience in MS-Excel.
- Graduate with experience in backend operation and billing operations.
Required Skills:
- Excel, PowerPoint, SQL (Beginner level).
- Communication skills, attention to detail, focus (Expert level).
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly across functions.
- Experience working with product and/or engineering teams is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
