Marketing Automation Lead - Campaign Operations

Key Deliverables:

• Lead and mentor a 15–20 member team focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud delivery
• Optimize marketing automation workflows and platform capabilities for campaign success
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to align automation solutions with business needs
• Oversee lead qualification, distribution, and campaign performance tracking

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive SFMC expertise and certification growth within the team
• Evaluate and implement new features in SFMC to enhance campaign efficiency
• Ensure high-quality marketing operations and adherence to SLAs
• Analyze marketing data and refine automation strategy through Agile collaboration
