Marketing & Sales Manager - (Defense, Armed Forces)

Sone India is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth within the Defense and Armed Forces sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, proven sales and marketing expertise, and the ability to identify new opportunities and develop both short-term and long-term business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Defense Sector.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into product and business development.
  • Develop marketing materials, processes, and systems.
  • Market and sell defense-customized products and stationary power plants.
  • Proven experience in Defense sector sales & marketing.
  • Expertise in tendering (RFI, RFP, EOI, bidding) and e-procurement portals.
  • Strong skills in business development and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to create and execute business plans for Defense and Power Plant segments.
  • Proficiency in technical presentations and proposal writing.
  • Participation in national exhibitions/events to generate leads.
  • Capable of managing order closures and ensuring project payment follow-up.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Defense/ Armed Forces.
  • Strong understanding of defense and Armed Forces market dynamics.
  • Good knowledge of local areas and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Candidates should have the knowledge on Defense and Armed Forces industry background, Defense Tendering & Procurement Expertise, Business Development & Stakeholder Management, Marketing Strategy & Technical Presentation Skills.
