Summary:
We are currently looking to hire a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and strategic marketing professional with strong content creation, community management, and campaign execution experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies.
• Create and optimize engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored for each marketing channel and audience persona.
• Lead content ideation and copywriting efforts to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
• Execute email marketing campaigns across different customer journeys.
• Act as a bridge between the brand and the community to build loyalty and advocacy.
• Manage social community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and emails in a timely and engaging manner.
• Monitor online feedback, reviews, and community sentiment; prepare reports using sentiment analysis tools.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.
• Organize and participate in events to strengthen community engagement and brand awareness.
• Support product launches through targeted community activation initiatives.
• Source and highlight user stories for marketing materials.
• Ensure all marketing messaging maintains a consistent voice and tone across platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing and communications.
