Marketing & Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing the hotel's Marketing Communications Strategy, including goals, tactics, and action plans to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue targets.
• Revenue Support: Support marketing initiatives that contribute to increased revenue in Rooms, Food & Beverage, Banquets, Events, and other commercial departments.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure that Marketing Communications team members deliver outstanding service to both external customers and internal teams across departments.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, F&B, Front Office, Events, and other operational teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and promotions.
