Manufacturing Engineer Wiring and Harness

We are looking for an experienced Harness Manufacturing Engineer with a solid background in harness fabrication and integration within the aerospace or aviation domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with IPC standards, manufacturing documentation, and strong troubleshooting abilities to support harness manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

• Review and provide feedback on design and customer documents
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation related to harness assemblies

Standards & Compliance

• Apply IPC-620 (Harness) and IPC-610 (PCBA) standards throughout the fabrication process
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical guidance and support during the harness fabrication process
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues found during harness integration and manufacturing

Fabrication & Integration

• Lead and oversee harness fabrication and integration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate harness production

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EEE or ECE
• Minimum 3 years of experience in harness manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of IPC-620 and IPC-610 standards
• Experience in design review, customer documentation, and manufacturing document preparation
• Expertise in harness fabrication, integration, and issue resolution
