Manual Tester

We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our team at Wits Innovation Lab, with 5-9 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Design and implement automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
• Analyze and report defects found during testing, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in manual testing.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
• Experience with automation testing tools and technologies is desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and best practices.
