About The Role
- 4+ years of working knowledge in Manhattan WMS SCPP platform version 2013 /2017 application and architecture.
- Experience in production support and incident management
- Working knowledge of WMoS configuration (system codes and master data set up).
- Hands on experience in building PL/SQL scripts
- Working knowledge of navigating thru logs(application, system) and performing RCA.
- Good analytical and interpretation skills.
- Good Knowledge in SCI report
