Lead and Manage the Quality Team

• Oversee a team of 25–30 quality professionals.
• Provide guidance and training to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Maintain and Improve Management Systems

• Maintain and enhance integrated management systems, including ISO 9001 and BRCGS for Packaging.
• Ensure compliance and readiness for all audits.
• Documentation, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949-2016, and EHS 14001 systems.

Ensure Product Quality

• Implement robust quality control processes from raw material inspection to final product release.
• Ensure products meet strict specifications for FMCG, Food & Beverage, EMS, and Pharma customers.
• Knowledge of secondary operations such as wadding, sleeving, and printing is advantageous.
• Verify daily quality reports and testing records.
