Manager/Sr Manager Electrical

An Ideal Candidate:

An ideal candidate will lead and manage the research and development of electrical systems and subsystems related to Battery Energy Storage Systems. The role includes overseeing technical teams, guiding innovation in power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), control algorithms, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. This candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge BESS solutions from concept to production.

Key Competencies:

1.  Lead electrical R&D efforts for BESS, including inverter design, control systems, power conversion, and protection systems.

2.  Design and solutioning of lithium-ion battery systems , knowledge of the factor for calculations and designing of battery pack , responsible for approvals of products , should have knowledge of standards requirement of lithium ion packs in system segment , should have knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical layouts.

3.  Supervise development and validation of BMS and energy management systems.

4.  Direct prototype development, testing, and performance analysis.

5.  Stay abreast of advancements in electrical engineering, energy storage, and power electronics to drive innovation.

6.  Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (UL, IEC, IEEE, etc.).
