The ideal candidate Manage and optimize a global vendor base by negotiating pricing and logistics for raw materials, monitoring market trends and risks, ensuring supplier performance and compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and collaborating cross-functionally to support efficient procurement operations.

Key Competencies:

1. Lead procurement of bulk & major raw materials, including.
2. Develop and implement direct sourcing strategies, reducing dependency on traders and increasing engagement with OEMs/producers.
3. Build and maintain a strong domestic and global vendor base for quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
4. Negotiate pricing, terms, and logistics for high-volume raw materials to optimize commercial value.
5. Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing forecasts, and commodity risks.
6. Develop robust supplier evaluation frameworks and ensure SLA adherence.
7. Ensure full compliance with quality standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
8. Work cross-functionally with Production, QA/QC, Logistics, and Finance for procurement planning and execution.
